Beautiful flower frames with real tundra plants and flora - super lovely mix of sorrel, fireweed, willow, mountain avens and leaves

Flower frames 7"x5" in pretty dusty blues and pinks - lovely random tundra mix of a variety of flowers from Canada's arctic. Not glass - these flowers and plants are sealed in resin - they are real plants too all the way from Iqaluit, Nunavut! These are great for either hanging on a wall or in a window!

These are upcycled art! I find old picture frames at thrift stores or auctions and repurpose them into my lovely window art! Enjoy!

DETAILS - Art

• FRAME - one is a frosty blue coloured wood and the other is a Pink and blue covered frame. Both are 7"x5"
• PICTURE is resin - NOT glass - so it is a little more durable
• PRESSED PLANTS are a variety of tundra plants collected and dried
• PACKAGED ready for gifting to that special someone (including yourself)

I ship everything directly from the arctic! Fun fact, Canada’s Nunavut Territory is not accessible by road – only plane – so shipping items are expensive and take an extra amount of time. Everything is packed up with a product care card, information on the plants within the art, and a gift box or bag depending on item. The photos of flowers, identification and research on each item is all done by me (the artist!), with wonderful input and advice from colleagues, family and friends. Eco-friendly art, ethnically sourced. I am 100% happy to work with you to ensure you are loving your purchase. Consider the uniqueness of each item, I do not make anything the same twice!

Flowers and plants are from the tundra in Canada's arctic, hand picked by myself or my kids, in a sustainable manner. Each plant is dried and added to a variety of art using an epoxy resin that is UV safe and non-toxic. Even then, due to the pressing and drying method used, flowers do not retain the same bright colors they had when they were in bloom. Imperfections happen because this is handmade, and with real plants - no two plants are alike or end up looking the same after I make something - so sometimes a pair of something will not match exactly because it is the way of nature!
