Shipping policy

I ship everything directly from the arctic! Fun fact, Canada’s Nunavut Territory is not accessible by road – only plane – so shipping items are expensive and take an extra amount of time. Everything is packed up with a product care card, information on the plants within the art, and a gift box or bag depending on item.

Everything is shipped by Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided with each purchase. This is the ONLY available method of delivery outside of Iqaluit, Nunavut so please have patience, it can take up to 2-4 weeks to reach you. 

Standard tracked package starts at $19.50. Please give up to 4 weeks to determine if it is missing or lost, again it takes patience to get something from way up here. Contact me if something seems wrong so we can sort it out together!
